6 New offices are currently being built, in the contemporary style of the existing offices at Park Lane Business Centre.

The offices will become available starting from May through till September 2025.
1200 sq feet / circa 10 - 15 desks, combined office smaller and larger office.
700 sq feet / circa 6 to 8 desks, larger office.
500 sq feet / circa 5 - 7 desks, smaller office.
The new offices will be Carbon Neutral / Zet Zero / EPC A+
Each office will generate 2000 Kilowatt hours of free Solar electricity per annum.
